Privacy policy

1. Who we are

TrocaDesk is operated by NodyLabs in Houston, Texas. Each company that uses TrocaDesk is responsible for the data of its drivers and customers; we only process it on the company's behalf to provide the service.

2. What information we keep

• Account: your name, your email and your password (stored encrypted: nobody can read it, not even us).
• Company: its name, the language for emails and the status of its account and free trial.
• What your company enters: drivers (name, phone, email, CDL and expiration dates), customers and brokers (contact, MC and DOT), equipment (unit, VIN, plates and expirations), loads, expenses and settlements.
• Technical session data: a cookie to keep you signed in, plus your IP address and browser, for your account's security.

3. What we use it for

We use the information only to:

• provide the service: show and calculate your company's information;
• send necessary emails: password changes, team invitations and notices about your trial or account;
• protect accounts and give you support when you ask for it.

4. What we never do

We do not sell your data, we do not show ads and we do not use your company's information for anything other than providing the service.

5. Who else sees your data

Each company only sees its own information. In our admin panel we only see account data (company name, owner, status and dates), not your company's loads, drivers or numbers. Some providers process data only so the service can work:

• Resend: sending emails.
• Our hosting and database provider, in the United States.
• Stripe: payments, only once paid plans exist.

6. Cookies

We only use the cookie needed to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

7. How long we keep it

While your account is active. If you ask us to delete it, we remove your company's data within 30 days, except what the law requires us to keep. Backups are deleted automatically over time.

8. Your rights

You can ask us to see, correct, download or delete your data. If you are a driver or customer of a company that uses TrocaDesk, ask that company, which is responsible for your information; we will help it comply.

9. Security and changes

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), encrypted passwords and access separated by company. If we make important changes to this policy, we will let you know by email or inside TrocaDesk.
